*Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats
*Electrical service line and meter box
*Main disconnect and service amperage
*Electrical panels, breakers and fuses
*Grounding and bonding
*Fireplace: damper, door and hearth
*Built-in appliances
*Attic and ceiling crawlspaces
*Attic insulation and ventilation
*Interior windows and doors
*Alarms and smoke detectors

Note:  Not all houses are the same. Some don’t have basements or crawlspaces, some do not have attics. We make every effort to do the most comprehensive and complete inspection available at any price – and we do it for the lowest price available
